Server settings you choose in the dashboard or with commands, moderation records (cases, warnings), levels, economy balances, tickets and similar data needed for features to work. We store Discord IDs, not passwords.
Message content is processed to run commands, automod, auto-responders and logging. It is only stored where a feature needs it, such as logs your server turned on or ticket transcripts.
Signing in with Discord shares your username, avatar and server list with us. This is used to show the servers you can manage and is kept for your session only.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties, except the services the bot runs on (hosting and database).
Server data is removed when Void is removed from a server and the data is cleaned up. To ask for your data to be deleted, contact us in the support server.
